- Gain formal recognition of MINTRAC as the recognised meat industry body in the areas of education and training.
- Continually improve Australia’s meat industry education, training and associated systems.
- Enhance capability to provide a timely and flexible response to the needs of industry.
- Support the industry to improve retention and completion rates.
