Jet JET is a web-based Apprenticeships & Traineeships job board and information site for jobseekers. When I searched there was nothing listed in the meat industry at all, however as more people get to know about this website, it will probably be a good place to start looking for an apprenticeship or traineeship.

Meat and Livestock Australia

Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) is a producer-owned company that provides services to the entire Australian red meat industry including producers, processors, exporters, live exporters and retailers. MLA has around 30,000 livestock producer ‘members’.
