| Knife sharpening workshop for supervisors and trainers |

| MINTRAC is pleased to introduce a very different approach to knife sharpening in the meat processing industry.
This program was developed in New Zealand and provides trainers with the skills and knowledge to be able to successfully train, monitor and coach meat workers in knife sharpening.
The program has been so successful in NZ that the government’s OH&S body ACC has assisted all companies in New Zealand to implement the program.. more.. |
