The 2010 MINTRAC National Training Conference will be held at the Mercure Hotel in Brisbane on the 24-25th March 2010. Themed ‘Finding Common Ground’ the conference will explore training, policy and strategic issues which affect not only red meat processing, but related areas such as dairy and chicken industries, lotfeeders, livestock transporters and game meat processors.
Three workshop strands explore the areas of:
· ‘Strategic Directions’ – policy and programs impacting training and assessment
· ‘The other jobs that matter ‘– those jobs which are often overlooked
· ‘Finding Common Ground’ – presentations from a range of related industry areas.
