is offering a free workshop for RTO trainers, assessors and staff regarding the recent and coming changes to Schedules 2 and 3 of the Australian Standard for Hygienic Production and Transportation of Meat and Meat Products for Human Consumption (AS 4696). The workshop will be facilitated by key researcher, Andrew Pointon of APFoodIntegrity Pty Ltd.

WHAT WILL THE WORKSHOP COVER?
This workshop is designed specifically for trainers and assessors to inform you of the changes to meat inspection procedures and dispositions required by AS4696 so that you can incorporate the changes into your training and assessment strategies, practices and materials.

- Schedule 2 alternative procedures
- Schedule 3 alternative criteria
- Implementation and rollout
- Training implications.
